Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented Podcast Manager / Video Editor to join our team. This dual role involves managing the production of our and clients’ podcasts from conception to distribution, as well as editing video content for various digital marketing campaigns. You’ll play a key role in shaping the voice and visual narrative of our and our clients’ brands across Social and Podcast channels

Key Responsibilities:

1. Podcast Production: Oversee the end-to-end production of podcasts, including planning, recording, editing, and publishing using later.com
2. Video Editing: Edit video content for marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
3. Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant podcast and video topics.
4. Audio/Visual Quality Control: Ensure high-quality audio and visual standards are maintained in all productions.
5. Distribution and Promotion: Manage the distribution of podcasts across various platforms and coordinate promotional efforts to maximize reach.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor performance metrics of podcasts and video content, and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in podcast production and video editing.
• Proficiency in audio and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
